AFRY is now looking for a validation engineer for their team in Uppsala. As a validation engineer at AFRY, you will work to ensure that equipment, processes, and systems within the Life Science sector meet regulatory requirements and quality standards. Your work will encompass the entire validation chain – from planning and execution to documentation and follow-up. The position is based in Uppsala, and you will work from AFRY's office as well as on-site at the client company. You will receive a solid introduction to your work, with a mentor guiding you during your initial period. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

In the role of validation engineer, you will work with:

Validation of production equipment or analytical equipment
Planning, documentation, and execution of DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ
Validation and qualification activities
Risk assessments
Development of strategies for verification of systems, subsystems, and modules

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a completed bachelor's/master's degree at the university level in a relevant field, such as chemical engineering or biotechnology
Has previous experience in Life Science where you have worked with validation
Has very good knowledge of and experience with GMP
Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English, as the work is conducted in both languages

It is a merit if you have previous experience with CSV.
